Case Study • Transfer Pumps × Bolec

Safer, Smarter Transfer Pump Setups

Stop overfill, prevent dry-run damage, and protect engine-driven pump sets with three simple add-ons:
a timer (auto stop), a level alarm (early warning), and an engine monitor (warn/stop).

Common problems
  • Forgotten shut-off → overfill & cleanup
  • Dry-run when level drops unexpectedly
  • No clear engine warnings on pump sets
Customer-style outcomes (no fake quotes)
  • Auto stop after set time
  • Early alarm before damage
  • Warn/stop on engine fault
Track what changes
  • Overfill incidents ↓
  • Pumps replaced due to dry-run ↓
  • Unplanned downtime ↓

Recommended add-ons (2×2 layout)

Timer → Level alarm → Engine monitor → Coolant level. Two cards per row for clean balance.

How it works (quick playbook)

Auto stop with TM301

  1. Wire TM301 relay in series with pump power/control.
  2. Set desired run time (e.g., 30 min).
  3. Relay opens after time → pump stops.
