The BEM503IRN is a rugged, IP56-rated engine protection panel designed for irrigation pumps and diesel engines. It continuously monitors critical engine conditions and automatically shuts down the engine if a dangerous fault is detected — helping prevent costly engine damage and downtime.
Key monitored faults include low pump pressure, low oil pressure, high engine temperature, alternator or belt failure, and loss of coolant water.
The system also features a programmable start delay, tachometer input, audible alarm, and intelligent watchdog safety logic that stores the first shutdown fault for quick diagnostics. A reliable and cost-effective alternative to the Murphy 09PWP12V09, widely used on irrigation and stationary diesel engines.
