The CPLH524 is a solid-state 24V / 5A constant-potential, current-limited battery charger
engineered for industrial, emergency power, transport and control-system applications.
Manufactured in Heidelberg West, Melbourne, it has earned a long-standing reputation for durability,

With integrated Low Voltage and High Voltage alarm relays, the CPLH524 provides reliable signalling to

- Boost charge: Activated via Boost terminal; increases voltage by approx. +0.35V per cell.
- Battery compatibility: Vented Lead Acid, Sealed Lead Acid, Nickel Cadmium.
- Alarm & Status Relays:
- Battery Low Voltage — relay closes on falling voltage (around 19.8V).
- Battery High Voltage — relay closes on rising voltage (around 31.2V).
- Charger Fail — closes on AC loss, DC output failure, or electronics fault.
- Protection: Short circuit, reverse polarity, overcurrent and reverse power.
- Alarm contact rating: 2A resistive at 240VAC.
- Operating temperature: −10 °C to +70 °C.
- RF interference: Extremely low — ideal for communication-critical sites.
