The DCS 1101 is a fully integrated
dual electric pump controller designed to make pump panel building
simpler, safer and more reliable. It provides automatic duty/standby selection,
pump protection and alarm outputs — all inside one easy-to-install system.

The engraved front label of the DCS 1101B also works as a
drilling template for faster panel fabrication.

How It Works
1. Normal AUTO Operation
When the Pump Start level switch activates, the controller starts one pump.
The built-in alternating relay selects which pump becomes duty, ensuring both pumps get
equal runtime. The corresponding Pump Run LED will light up.
When the Pump Stop level is reached, the pump turns off and the alternating
relay swaps the duty pump for the next cycle.
2. Duty Pump Failure Protection
If the duty pump fails:
- The standby pump automatically starts
- The Pump Fault LED lights
- A volt-free fault output activates for remote monitoring
3. High Demand / High Level
If one pump cannot keep up with the inflow/outflow, the controller will start the second
pump. A red high-level LED will illuminate.
4. Safety Emergency Stop
If the main Pump Stop switch fails, a second safety stop switch will:
- Shut down both pumps
- Activate the red alarm LED
- Trigger a remote alarm via volt-free output
5. Manual (MAN) Mode
Each pump can be manually started for testing or maintenance, while high/low-level safety
protection still remains active.
